Berikut syarat-syarat untuk menambah memori internal ponsel Android 1. Ponsel anda sudah terinstal CWM 2. Memiliki Sdcard minimal class 6 (Di sarankan Class 10) Berikut langkah-langkahnya : 1. Download Mini Partition Wizard, dan instal di komputer anda. 2. Masukkan SD Card ke Card Reader lalu sambungkan ke komputer/laptop kemudian backup dahulu data yang ada pada SdCard anda. Karena data pada Sdcard akan terhapus. 3. Jalankan Mini Tools dan lakukan partisi Sdcard (misal 16 GB) dengan cara : a. Buat Sdcard menjadi unallocated dengan memilih delete. b. Klik create partition. c. Buat partisi pertama dengan format fat32 primary beri sisa 2 GB. Fat32 berfungsi untuk menyimpan file seperti lagu, foto, video, dll d. Buat partisi kedua dengan format ext3 primary beri sisa 1.5 GB. Partisi kedua ini yang nanti berfungsi untuk menambah memori internala anda. e. Sisanya buat partisi ketiga dengan format Linux Swap primary. Yang terakhir Linux Swap memiliki fungsi untuk membantu kinerja RAM. 4. Masukan Sdcard anda kedalam ponsel anda. Kemudian pindahkan kembali data Sdcard yang sebelumnya sudah di backup. 5. Masuk kedalam recovery mode, kemudian ikuti langkah berikut : a. Masuk ke menu mount storage b. Unmount cache, unmount system, unmount data, unmount sd-ext, mount Sdcard. c. Kemudian instal zip from Sdcard => Choose zip from Sdcard => pilih Ungaze_data2Sd_V4B5.zip d. Terakhir instal zip from Sdcard => Choose zip from Sdcard => pilih Ungaze_data2Sd_V1.zip e. Tunggu hingga proses selesai. Nah, setelah proses selesai, anda bisa melihat gambar dibawah ini mengenai informasi memori internal ponsel Samsung Galaxy Gio yang sudah di tambah memori internalnya.
